JENKS, Okla. — Drivers using South Elm Street in Jenks are still dealing with lane closures, reduced speed limits and delays more than a year and a half after a road-widening project began.
The project, between 111th and 121st streets, was originally expected to be completed in April. The City of Jenks now says the project is more than 300 days behind schedule and is expected to be finished next February.
