But Stratta heard about Belmont Kitchen & Cocktails’ philosophy. Concurrently, co-founder Phillip Lewkowicz caught wind of his interest.
“When Alex and I first spoke on the phone last June, I immediately realized how aligned we were,” Lewkowicz said. “My entire background has been in fine dining, and obviously Alex has spent his career at the highest levels of fine dining as well.
