Average gasoline prices in Birmingham have fallen 10.9 cents per gallon over the past week, now averaging $3.94 per gallon, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 550 stations.
Despite the weekly drop, Birmingham’s average is 17.1 cents higher than a month ago and $1.16 higher than this time last year.
