Franklin County begins search for next administrator

ROCKY MOUNT, Va. (WDBJ) – Franklin County supervisors are looking for the next person to lead the county after County Administrator Steve Sandy announced he is resigning at the end of November to take a job in Botetourt County.

Supervisors held a special called meeting Monday to address the vacancy. Steve Sandy’s chair sat empty during the meeting.
