LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin said Monday that a North Little Rock man has been arrested and is facing Medicaid fraud charges.
Griffin said 31-year-old Marcus Jones is facing felony fraud charges after he submitted $245,401 in claims for services he had not provided and billed for excessive hours in a day. The investigation came after the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General referred this case to the Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU), Griffin said.
