MARSHFIELD, Mo. (KY3) -A Marshfield man could face charges after his 5-year-old daughter died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound involving his firearm, police said.
Marshfield police responded to a home on East Washington Street Saturday morning.
Police said the girl shot herself after getting her father’s gun. Police said the firearm was unsecured and improperly stored. The girl died from her injuries.
