OAKLAND COUNTY, MI — Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald has charged a Detroit man in connection with a September shooting in downtown Royal Oak that left two women unharmed but their vehicle damaged.
Rico Decarlos Jones Jr., 20, faces two counts of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and two counts of felony firearm.
The incident occurred on the evening of Sept. 27 when Jones allegedly got into a physical altercation with an 18-year-old woman in downtown Royal Oak.
