The Madison school district’s second draft of new attendance area maps would potentially build two new schools and change the boundaries for dozens of existing schools.
The new buildings would be an elementary school on the east side and a middle school on the west side. The Madison Metropolitan School District already owns land off Sprecher Road on the east side near Kennedy and Ada Deer elementary schools, as well as property on the west side near the Acacia Ridge residential area, which is close to Olson, Stephens and Anana elementary schools…
