Jury finds man guilty of raping girl on Susquehanna River island, DA’s office says

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A jury found a man guilty of raping a girl while she was unconscious on a Susquehanna River island in summer 2024, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

The DA’s office said Tuesday that Salvador Villa-Del Toro, 28, of Holtwood, was found guilty after a five-day trial on one count of rape of an unconscious victim, two counts of indecent assault, two counts of aggravated assault, corruption of minors, sexual assault and unlawful contact with a minor.
