A new Plano lounge is putting dessert at the center of the wine-bar experience. Bordeaux & Crème is expected to open at The Shops at Legacy North later this fall with a menu built around intentional wine-and-dessert pairings.
Founded by Shanice Williams, the concept will offer approximately 30 wines by the glass and bottle, curated wine flights and six house-made desserts, along with seasonal offerings.
“Wine and dessert are often treated separately, but they’re capable of creating something truly memorable when they’re thoughtfully paired,” Williams said in an official statement.
