ARDOT employees help rescue driver from overturned truck in Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Two Arkansas Department of Transportation employees on their way to work Tuesday morning found themselves answering a different kind of call for help after coming across an overturned pickup truck outside ARDOT’s Central Office in Little Rock.

Maintenance specialist Johnny Williams and maintenance aide Shon Roberts were making their normal drive to work around 6:20 a.m. when they spotted the truck overturned near the Central Office.

Williams said the two immediately pulled over to see whether anyone was inside.
