While Madison continues to build up, the city is looking at plans for another multifamily building away from downtown.
The city of Madison Plan Commission on Monday approved request to change an existing conditional use to allow construction of a four-story, 187-unit apartment building at the southwest corner of Elderberry Road and Bear Claw Way. The proposed development site is currently farmland.
