BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Buffalo man was found guilty of killing his 3-month-old son in May 2025, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
Jurors found that Elijah Rogers, 28, killed his son via blunt force trauma to the head at a home on Tonawanda Street on May 23, 2025. The baby was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was found that Rogers killed his son in the early-morning hours of May 23, 2025 but did not seek medical help for around eight hours. The baby also suffered a spinal injury and a fractured rib.
