WAHIAWA (HawaiiNewsNow) – Hearts are breaking over the tragic passing of three Hawaii family members in a New Mexico crash over the weekend.
Wayne, Luana, and Lilinoe Viveiros were on a family trip to New Mexico when they were fatally hit by a commercial vehicle on the I-40 on Sunday.
“It’s a really big hole not just for me, but for all the students today and past,” Lilinoe’s longtime Kumu Hula Kanani Oliveira of the Wahiawa Hula Studio 2 said. “They weren’t just a student. They weren’t just friends. They were really family everywhere they went.”…
