SEATTLE — A Seattle man has been charged with first- and second-degree assault after prosecutors said he attacked two people with a machete at Hing Hay Park Tuesday, leaving one with wounds to his back, forearm, and wrist and another with a large cut to the side of his head.
Oneil George Bygrave is accused of assaulting Bryan McGhee and James V. Perkins at the park. Both charges include allegations that Bygrave was armed with a machete.
