A man from Mexico is facing deportation after being arrested for driving without a license when his truck apparently suffered a mechanical failure in Wildwood.
Claudio Perez Castro, 28, of Weirsdale was driving a silver Nissan Titan at about 9:21 a.m. Thursday on County Road 462 near County Road 221 when a Sumter County sheriff’s deputy noticed the truck traveling well below the 55 mph speed limit.
The vehicle began to abruptly swerve back and forth within its lane as if the steering wheel was being pulled, according to the arrest report. Perez Castro then activated his hazard lights and pulled onto the right shoulder of the roadway…
