Philadelphia, PA – Millions of residents across southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware face a potentially disruptive weather pattern Sunday, October 11, as heavy rainfall, isolated severe thunderstorms and coastal flooding threats develop across the region.
