LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Remnants of Hurricane Rachel are expected to bring strong winds and rainfall to the Las Vegas Valley this weekend, potentially disrupting outdoor events across the area. Organizers say they are monitoring the forecast and preparing backup plans to keep attendees safe.
From the Age of Chilvalry Renaissance Festival at Sunset Park to Pride celebrations across the valley, event organizers say they are hopeful the weather will cooperate but are taking precautions in case conditions worsen.
