Thousands of pounds of produce grown at the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office organic farm in West Boylston have been distributed to food pantries, senior centers, community refrigerators and charitable organizations across Worcester County. According to a community announcement, the farm produces about 40,000 pounds of organic fruits and vegetables each year while providing work opportunities for participating inmates.
