CINCINNATI (WXIX) – The fate of Rodney Hinton Jr. will soon be in the hands of jurors after the state and defense concluded closing arguments Tuesday, following two weeks of testimony.
Hinton is accused of intentionally running over and killing Hamilton County Deputy Larry Henderson with his car in May 2025. Prosecutors argue Hinton waited for traffic to clear, crossed multiple lanes, and deliberately struck Henderson as he directed traffic near Burnet Woods.
