More than three years after suffering a rear-end collision, a Cobb County jury awarded a local woman $2.5 million to compensate for the physical injuries she sustained in the crash.
The crash occurred May 12, 2023, at the intersection of Roberts Boulevard and Cobb Parkway in Kennesaw, according to a spokesperson from Morgan and Morgan, the law firm that represented the victim in this case.
According to the firm, its client was attempting to make a right turn onto northbound Cobb Parkway from Roberts Boulevard when she stopped her vehicle to yield to oncoming traffic.
