HAUGHTON, La. (KSLA) – The Bossier Parish Police Jury voted Wednesday to rezone more than 118 acres off Highway 80, clearing the way for a new home subdivision.
District 2 Police Juror Glenn Benton said the development won’t resemble an old-style trailer park.
“It’ll have street lights, sidewalks, and so it’s not just going to be an old-fashioned mobile home park. It’ll be upgraded with sidewalks and street lights in there,” Benton said.
Developer must upgrade roads first
