SHREVEPORT, La. — Contractors have completed a milestone for the ongoing $9.2 million project to improve a section of Colquitt Road in south Caddo Parish.
The contractor, Earnest Contracting, LLC., has completed laying the first layer of asphalt paving on the entire project, which is nearly 10 miles of repairs.
