LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Newmanstown man is dead after crashing into a guiderail while riding an e-bike Friday night in Lebanon County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Around 9:16 p.m., a state trooper was called to the scene of a crash near the intersection of North Sheridan Avenue and Fort Zellers Road in Millcreek Township.
At the scene, state police found that 66-year-old Donald Brightbill was riding an e-bike east down a hill when he came into contact with a slight depression between the roadway and the guiderail on the right side of the road…
