Voices of Change Animal League (VOCAL) has filed plans with Marion County to expand its operations by constructing two new buildings totaling nearly 8,700 square feet at its southwest Ocala property.
The conceptual plan, dubbed the “VOCAL Expansion,” is scheduled for review by the Marion County Development Review Committee on Monday, Nov. 2.
