Minneapolis, MN – Residents across the Twin Cities and portions of central and western Minnesota should prepare for several days of soaking rain beginning late Sunday, Nov. 1, with widespread rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches possible through Wednesday, Nov. 4. The extended wet pattern follows an unusually mild start to November.
According to the National Weather Service Twin Cities office, rain will move into the region Sunday night before continuing intermittently Monday through Wednesday. Forecasters expect a widespread soaking rainfall, with some locations having a greater than 70% probability of exceeding 2 inches.
