Alamo City drivers should be on guard for worse-than-usual traffic near Ikea on Monday night, with the Texas Department of Transportation planning a major closure on Interstate 35.
TxDOT says it will close all northbound lanes of I-35 at its crossing with Loop 1604 from 9 p.m. Monday until 5 a.m. Tuesday.
