ALLENTOWN, Pa. – A man charged in an Allentown homicide from September will face trial in Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas, District Attorney Gavin Holihan announced Wednesday.
According to a news release, Abdidahir Nieves, 39, of Allentown, is being charged with criminal homicide. He remains in Lehigh County Jail without bail.
