A former office property beside Technology Park Lake is set for a residential future after the Peachtree Corners City Council approved a 50-townhome development on Guthridge Court.
The council voted 6-0 Tuesday, Nov. 3, to rezone the 7.6-acre property at 555 Guthridge Court from light industrial to townhouse residential. The approval allows the existing office site to be replaced with housing, subject to further engineering and construction permits.
The proposed neighborhood would contain a mix of 22-foot- and 24-foot-wide townhomes, arranged along private streets. Its site plan sets aside roughly 3.5 acres for open space, including a central green and a public lakeside trail connecting with neighboring paths…
