DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) – Two Duluth natives plan to turn an old, empty building in Lincoln Park into a mid-sized concert and event venue called The Parasol, and they are asking the community to help raise money for the down payment.
The project would bring entertainment to the Lincoln Park Craft District while revitalizing an old space.
