BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Valentine’s Day usually warrants flowers and chocolates, but how about cookies?
For some, nothing says “I love you” more than food.

An Instagram page has been gaining traction after a Bakersfield woman turned the nation’s favorite treats into cookie creations. Some say it’s love at first bite.
Its name is Unto The Hills Sweets and Treats . These cookies look like they’re made by a professional, but the skills all surfaced out of nowhere.
“Before I was starting this business I was just laying in bed and– we never were well off financially and I was like, I have to do something…. and I have four kids at home so it has to be from home,” Sandra Renee Luna said.
Luna said she prayed that night and the next day she was making professional-looking treats with no prior experience. “I started off doing chocolate-dipped things like strawberries and stuff, and I was amazed at how good I was at it! I was like ok, I can do this.”
