PHOENIX – An alleged intruder has been arrested after being shot by a man who said the intruder assaulted him at his home, according to the Phoenix Police Department. Phoenix police told 12News they were called to a home near 11th and Fillmore streets at about 4 a.m. on Saturday due to a shooting.
