BOLIVER, Mo. — The Bolivar Police Department is searching for a missing endangered person.
Tiffany Ritchie , 35, of Noel, Mo. was last seen at the Bolivar’s Casey’s General Store at 328 E. Broadway Street at around 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27.
Ritchie has blue eyes and blonde hair. She is 5-feet-2-inches tall and weighs 110 pounds.
She has four tattoos, including the numbers “5150” on her left hand, a butterfly on her back, a cross with the words “RIP Boo” on her left shoulder, and a dolphin with a heart and sun on her right foot.
She was last seen wearing white Nike Jordan tennis shoes, blue jeans, a gray Kansas City Chiefs T-shirt, and glasses.
Ritchie is considered endangered because she has physical and mental disabilities.
