Can you give us a quick history of Cycles & Cream?
Cycles & Cream is a new bike shop that opened in May of 2024—located in Clinton, MO halfway between Kansas City and Springfield, MO. After relocating there and being an avid cyclist, I was frustrated that it was at least a one-hour drive to a shop. Especially since Clinton, MO, is the starting (or finishing) trailhead of the Katy Trail, the largest Rail-to-Trail in America, with 2 Adventure Cycling alternate routes passing through the town as well. So, I decided to change that! The community has been incredibly supportive in the first few months of being open, and Cycles & Cream is becoming a local staple. While the history is not long at Cycles & Cream, the passion runs deep along with the commitment to the community.

Not only does Cycles & Cream provide the community with new bikes, accessories sales, and a full-service shop, but it is also paired with an old-fashioned soda fountain.
