PHOENIX – A Phoenix woman was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of being connected to a shooting that injured six victims last year, according to court records. Caroline Grace Moreno Pope, 19, allegedly conspired with members of a criminal street gang to take revenge on her ex-boyfriend, who was a juvenile at the time of the shooting, according to arrest documents.
