COVINGTON — Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center is pleased to announce that Blake Blancher, M.D., has joined the cancer center’s medical staff in Covington and Slidell. Blancher obtained his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and his Master of Science in Biology from Mississippi College in Clinton, Miss. He earned his medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport.
