A Red Flag Warning will go in effect this afternoon for much of the listening area beginning at 1:00pm (CT)/12:00pm (MT) and will expire Thursday night at 11:00pm (CT)/10:00pm (MT). According got the National Weather Service, North Platte office (NWS), the warning is for parts of Central Nebraska and Western Nebraska.
