LINCOLN, Neb. (KTIV) – A K-9 officer, and his handler were nationally recognized for their service to the Nebraska State Patrol. According to Nebraska State Patrol, State Trooper Austin Donner and K-9 officer Tilt received the K-9 SWAT Deployment awards from the National Tactical Officers Association during a presentation on Monday, Sept. 9 in Kansas City.
