HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Three people were hurt in a Saturday afternoon crash along Highway 17 near Little River.
Officials said Horry County Fire Rescue crews were sent to the area of Eastport Boulevard about 3:30 p.m. The incident involved two vehicles.
The state Department of Public Safety is investigating.
