A defendant charged in the robbery of a St. George credit union in January appeared for sentencing Monday, where the judge made it clear he would be going to prison. The defendant, 61-year-old Andre Bryon Rogers of Henderson, Nevada, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Nevada Violent Offender Task Force on Feb. 13.
