Deputies searching for missing woman out of Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Authorities in Montgomery County are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 80-year-old woman.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office said 80-year-old Retta Bluedorn was last seen at a home in 2500 block of Highway 48 around 9 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15.

Officials said she is believed to be traveling in a blue 2007 Ford Explorer. It remains unclear which direction she headed.

According to the sheriff’s office, “Ms. Bluedorn may exhibit signs of dementia.”

If you see Bluedorn or her vehicle, you are asked to immediately call 911 to report her whereabouts.
