The highly anticipated game between No. 10 Miami and Ball State was delayed by bad weather this weekend. As per a statement obtained by Beloit Daily News, the game kick-off was postponed by nearly 2 1/2 hours due to lightning in the vicinity of the stadium. What was originally scheduled as a 3:30 p.m. start yesterday was pushed to 5:55 p.m., marking the first-ever clash between the Hurricanes and the Cardinals a bit more dramatic, than intended.
