Man Found Asleep At The Wheel Facing Drug Counts

A man found asleep in his vehicle outside a Greeley gas station last month is now facing drug counts. Police arrested 45-year-old James Hill on Aug. 25 on charges of possession of narcotics with intent to distribute – for both the meth and fentanyl; and possession of drug paraphernalia, reports the Greeley Tribune. On Aug. 25, Greeley police were dispatched to a convenience store in the 200 block of 22nd Street on a report of a man asleep in his truck outside the store, and found a man later identified as Hill – nodding off in the driver’s seat of a black pickup, with drug paraphernalia in plain view.
