A Cincinnati, Ohio man wanted in connection with a child abduction case in Peoria earlier this month was arrested Monday in southeastern Iowa. Peoria County Sheriff Chris Watkins said Victor Farris, 45, reportedly jumped off a train in Monroe County, Iowa after he was confronted, but shortly thereafter was found in an alley and arrested after he was identified.
