DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — Greene, Clark and Champaign counties are now experiencing “Extreme Drought,” according to the U.S. Drought Monitor reported Thursday morning. Most of the Miami Valley remains at Moderate or Severe Drought levels and nearly all of Ohio is abnormally dry, and nearly 90 percent is under Drought conditions.
