With three-and-a-half months to go, the 32963 barrier island appears on track to set a new all-time record for the number of $10-million-plus home sales in a single year. “The existing record was set in 2021, with four sales at or over $10 million,” says ONE Sotheby’s International Realty agent Richard Boga. “There have been three of those sales so far this year and we aren’t even in the fourth quarter.”
