LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)- A Lancaster County man was charged after allegedly attempting to steal a four-wheeler with two minors, according to East Earl Township Police. Police said Kevin Edwards, 39, of East Earl, conspired with two minors to steal a four-wheeler from a storage unit on Aug. 26.
