BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – A Vermont man has been charged in connection with a double homicide investigation in Eden. The U.S. Attorney for Vermont says Theodore Bland, 29, of Stowe, is the one who pulled the trigger, killing Eric White and Jahim Solomon, both 21 and of Massachusetts, who were found dead in the woods of Eden.
