PENDLETON, S.C. – The mother of a missing woman out of Pendleton in Anderson County is pleading for her daughter to return home. A community prayer vigil has been planned for Thursday night as law enforcement continues their search for 20-year-old Jessica Barnes, who was last seen in early August at her home along Laurel Drive.
