OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – McIntyre Law Chopper 4 is headed to the scene of a semi-truck accident in Northwest Oklahoma City .
Authorities say the semi-truck has pulled down several power lines on Northwest 36 & Portland causing traffic delays on Portland. Portland in this area is closed.
